These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.kitepeople.com (the “Website”) and related booking and payment services. The Website is operated by MVRK Global Solutions FZ-LLC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“MVRK”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
MVRK Global Solutions FZ-LLC operates and manages the Website and provides digital marketing, online sales, booking management, and payment administration services in line with its licensed business activities. MVRK acts as a booking and payment administrator and commercial intermediary for independent watersports schools, tour operators, and activity providers (the “Service Providers”).
MVRK does not itself operate watersports centers or deliver watersports activities unless explicitly stated. The actual courses, rentals, instruction, and on-site services are delivered exclusively by the relevant Service Provider, who remains fully responsible for service delivery, safety standards, and operational compliance.
By completing a booking via the Website, the User acknowledges that MVRK facilitates the booking, marketing, and payment process, while the contractual performance of the activity itself is provided by the Service Provider.
MVRK does not act as an organiser, tour operator, or activity operator, and does not provide instruction, equipment, or on-site services.
All bookings made via the Website are subject to availability and acceptance. Payments are collected by MVRK on behalf of the Service Provider. By completing a booking, the User authorises MVRK to collect payment and administer refunds in accordance with the applicable Refund & Payment Policy.
All prices are displayed and charged in EUR, unless otherwise stated. Any conversion fees applied by banks or card issuers are the responsibility of the User.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Payment Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
MVRK shall not be liable for the performance of the services delivered by Service Providers. Any claims relating to service delivery, safety, or instruction shall be directed to the relevant Service Provider. MVRK’s liability is limited to the proper administration of bookings and payments.
Users must provide accurate information when making a booking and comply with the rules, safety instructions, and terms imposed by the Service Provider.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
