Refund & Payment Policy

1. Payments

A 30% deposit of the total booking value is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of booking and no later than the start of the booked service. Payments are processed securely by licensed payment service providers. MVRK does not store full card details.

2. Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation charges apply, calculated as a percentage of the total booking value:

Up to 31 days before the booking date: 25%
30–25 days before the booking date: 40%
24–18 days before the booking date: 50%
17–11 days before the booking date: 60%
10–4 days before the booking date: 80%
3–1 days before the booking date: 90%
On the booking date or no-show: 100%

3. Refund Processing

Where applicable, refunds are processed by MVRK to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances (including weather conditions, safety restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control), alternative dates or credits may be offered at the discretion of the Service Provider. Cash refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.
